At MOVE Sthlm, every class you take is part of a bigger picture. We don’t believe in random workouts. We believe in intentional, structured programming that trains your whole body, builds resilience, and keeps you progressing safely over time.
Why we program this way
Our approach follows a Base–Build–Peak structure, each lasting 4–6 weeks. This cycle ensures you’re not just sweating — you’re getting stronger, moving better, and preventing injury. Whether you train 2x or 6x per week, you’ll build real strength and stamina for life (or for specific goals like running, sports, or events).
BASE
Lay the foundation with fundamental strength, stability, and movement patterns.
BUILD
Progress intensity, add complexity, and grow both strength and conditioning.
PEAK
Push performance, challenge limits, and feel unstoppable.

Hybrid & Mobility → Skill work, recovery, and “Galene”, our unique mobility & mindfulness class.
